Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., Reserva Conchal golf course offers a blend of challenging and more straightforward holes. What sets this course apart is its stunning combination of rainforest and ocean views. A standout hole is the 17th – a formidable 210-yard par 3 that provides a breathtaking view of Conchal beach and the mountains from its elevated tee box. However, players must navigate a challenging shot over water when playing from the back tees.

On a personal note, my toughest challenge on this course is the 10th hole – a seemingly simple dogleg par 4 where I often find myself hitting into the left out-of-bounds area despite using an iron off the tee! Subsequently facing a long iron approach shot towards a green guarded by hazards on all sides can be quite daunting for any player.
